The amount paid for the acquisition was a total of GBP 11 million plus account liabilities. Bet Direct is one of the largest independent Internet betting and telephone businesses in the UK, offering a range of services, from telephone, interactive television, Internet, online casino, fixed odds, and poker games. A strong database of online casinos and general services customers has been brought to 32Red through this buy-out and now Bet Direct’s members around the world will be directed to 32Red for all of their service needs.
