William Hill Furthers U.S Reach
William Hill is extending its influence in the U.S. gambling market by announcing that it has partnered with a new casino in the Las Vegas Strip to provide sports betting services.
The SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino is set to open in 2014 and it plans to include a new sportsbook concept which is unmatched by today’s industry standards. The Casino president, Rob Oseland, said that “Together we’ll create a sports wagering experience that’s best in class for the market and takes the traditional sports book model to a whole new level.”
Visitors to the casino will be able to enjoy a number of features including a video wall which shows multiple high-definition sporting events and in-play betting that is fully automated.
There will also be an advanced mobile wagering platform.
William Hill only entered the US market last year when it purchased a chain of sportsbooks. The company now enjoys about 11% of Nevada sports betting revenue and this number is expected to significantly rise once the new facilities open at the SLS Vegas Hotel & Casino.
