Online Gambling Coming to Delaware
The Delaware State Lottery recently announced that it will be launching online casino-style games. A press release from the State Lottery said that the launch of free to play games will come before the first state-approved online gambling systems which it aims to launch by October 30th.

The State Lottery has chosen Scientific Games International 888 Holdings to set up internet gambling for the state.
In order to register for the free play games users will need a Facebook account. They can then use free chips to play a variety of online casino games such as slots, blackjack and poker.
When the system begins allowing real-money play a system will be put in place to ensure the identification and age of the player and to make sure that they are located in Delaware’s state borders.
It is already possible to find links to the new online gaming system from the websites of Delaware’s three casinos, Delaware Park, Dover Downs and Harrington Raceway.
It looks as if Delaware will become the first state in America to offer a complete set of legal online casino games. Legislation was passed by Delaware in June 2012 to become the first state to legalise online gambling.
