Hillary Clinton May Stand for President
It’s an exciting time in American politics; Bill Clinton is speculating on a presidential bid from Hillary Clinton in 2016, the second presidential debate is coming up and speculation is rife over who the next secretary of state will be.
The Ladbrokes favourite for Secretary of State is Susan Rice with odds of 7/2, she is followed by John Kerry and Thomas Donilon both with odds of 6/1, at the bottom is Clint Eastwood with odds of 1000/1.
Hillary Clinton is due to stand down from the position in January, after that she is expected to take six months off to write her memoirs.
Then, according to the Clinton camp, she will decide whether or not to run for President in the 2016 elections.
At present she is ahead everyone else in her party in terms of standing and popularity, she is young enough and she maintains a desire to become the first female president.
In a recent interview Bill Clinton said that he’d “never met anybody I thought was any better than her at this.”
When asked if she would stand, he neither confirmed nor denied that she would, he simply replied “I don’t know.”
