Joingo App to Offer Personalised Casino Advertising
Joingo LLC has developed a new mobile application menu which will allow casinos to customise smartphones apps as well as target and interact with loyalty club members.
The company’s Mobile Loyalty System will connect to a casino’s customer database and enable the casino to create personalized mobile marketing campaigns using the customer history, personal preferences and geographical location.
Alex Kanwetz, the vice president of business development at Joingo, said, “We have a one-stop shop solution for a fragmented eco-system of apps.
It’s also not about just having an app anymore; it’s about how you use it.”
The program can be used by casinos of any size, ranging from huge casino resorts to small tribal casinos. Kanwetz claims that the company can setup a mobile loyalty or marketing app in just 30 days.
The idea is to provide customers with a personalised marketing campaign at an affordable cost to the casino.
The app is compatible with iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices and can offer text messaging and mobile websites. It will also allow customers to track loyalty points and collect rewards; the casino will also be able to offer promotions and coupons in real time.
