Favourit Launches iOS Sports Betting Application

Favourit, the Australian company which describes itself as “Facebook for the sports betting world’, has launched a new mobile sports betting application for iOS.

The company, which only launched last August, provides a live sports social and gaming experience online and on mobile devices.

Favourit is not licensed to offer sports betting services so any betting done through the new app will be with virtual currency.

However, there is the option to bet real money through partners Paddy Power, Sportingbet and Luxbet.

The new app provides lice scores, expert analyses and a TipTracker that follows global betting trends. The app also connects to Favourit’s BetIQ system which evaluates peoples’ bids over 30 days to create automatic rankings of the players.

Favourit CEO, Toby Simmons, said “sports are about bringing people together to have fun, compete and win.
