New Products for the New Year
While there is always a lot of discussion surrounding the development of technology, it is less often that people take a look at more basic product trends.
In general, companies try to develop new products which make life easier in one way or another.
For instance, one product set to be released next year is Braun CoolTec, a dry electric shaver that is meant to make skin feel cool instead of hot.
The shaver features special aluminum cooling bars which decrease skin temperature as you shave.
One man who used it during its testing phase described it as “like the first beer out of the fridge on a hot summer’s day.”
Duracell are going to release the Powermat 24-Hour Power System, it has a wireless charging mat and back-up battery so that you can charge your phone wherever you are. The mat will even sense when your phone is fully charged so you don’t waste any power.
As for something completely non technological, Nestle are going to extend its Purina Pro Plan line to be the first “sports” dog food line. The plan is to release “Active” (for regular exercise), “Performance” (for hikes and runs) and “Advanced” (for competition) food.
