Stream NFL Games Live to Your Phone

The new NFL season is underway and thanks to the NFL Mobile 12 app fans can now enjoy games live on their iPhones.

Every Sunday, Monday and Thursday night, iPhone users on the Verizon network can enjoy NFL games for just $5 a month.

While the package doesn’t include every Sunday game it does include NFL RedZone so every touchdown, punt return and field goal of the season can be enjoyed.

This app stands out as it does not require a separate subscription to Direct TV; it is also not limited to iPhones. The app is also available to Android users on the Verizon network.

While this is a good app, it is not as good as the NFL Preseason Live app which did offer every game along with AirPlay support for the iPad.

However, the NFL Mobile 12 app should be excellent on the iPhone 5 which will launch with 4G LTE.

The app also includes live audio from nearly every NFL game which could be a good substitute for those with a slow 3G connection.

Also available is the NFL Network channel which contains a summary of all scores and commentary.

The app is available free from the app store with subscriptions from within the app.
