Online Casino Firm Welcomes Playtech Technology Chairman
Online casino and skill gaming firm Games Media has announced the appointment of a familiar name to the position of non executive director. Roger Withers, currently chairman of online casino technology firm Playtech, has stated that he is pleased to join the firm at its current exciting stage of development, while Roy Howell of Games Media says Withers’ primary brief is to broaden the firm’s international presence. Previously, Withers had referred to the online casino firm as being “a very vibrant and forward-thinking technology company.”
Games Media has expanded its online casino and skill gaming resources and sales dramatically over the last twelve months. Games Media comprises a conglomerate of gaming technology firms: Games Multi Media, Channel 1 Games, Global Games, and Voodoo Games. Each separate company has its own expertise in designing online casino and skill games and developing and publishing pay-to-play games. They also produce content for the online casino and entertainment world.
The online casino technology firm was founded by Andrew Ludlow and Roy Howell in April 2003 after its successful acquisition of online casino group AWP and Global Games. The firm now has two business centers located in the England’s South East and in the Midlands.
