Euro 2016 Odds and Predictions: Germany vs Republic of Ireland

This Tuesday evening Germany and the Republic of Ireland will play their next Euro 2016 qualifying match at the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen.

These teams last met in 2013 when Germany beat the Republic of Ireland 3 0. Before that they met in October 2012 and Germany won 6 1.

Over the weekend Germany suffered a surprise 2 0 lost to Poland. Last month the team beat Scotland 2 -1 but lost 4 2 to Argentina.

Ireland beat Gibraltar 7 0 over the weekend and beat Georgia 2 1 last month and Oman 2 0. However, in June they lost 5 – 1 to Portugal.

Unsurprisingly Germany is bookmaker William Hills favourite to win the match with odds of 1/4. They have given the Republic of Ireland odds of 8/1 to win while a daw has been set at 4/1.

William Hill Odds: 1/4 Germany to Win, 4/1 to Draw and 8/1 Republic of Ireland to Win

Ladbrokes Odds: 2/7 Germany to Win, 19/5 to Draw and 8/1 Republic of Ireland to Win

Bet 365 Odds: 1/4 Germany to Win, 5/1 to Draw and 9/1 Republic of Ireland to Win
