It was Brazil’s third straight victory after their humiliating 7 – 1 defeat by Germany in the World Cup. Since that landmark match the team has replaced Luiz Felipe Scolari as coach with Dunga. After the match Dunga said, “Brazil are the best team in the world with a great tradition.”

Argentina will certainly be disappointed and as Messi said in regards to his penalty, “If I had converted, it could have changed the game.”
