Argentina will meet Belgium in match number 59, the third quarter-final match at the FIFA World Cup 2014.

Thanks to Lionel Messi, Argentina was recognized as one of the strongest teams on paper and until now, Messi hasn’t let his team down, saving them in all the group matches.

But Belgium seems to have some of the Argentinian magic, also winning all of their matches so far.

Belgium played USA in the ‘Group of 16’ match and although they played a brilliant game, the US goalkeeper, Tim Howard, made sure they didn’t score. In extra time though, Belgium settled the score with 2-1 against the US.

To date, Belgium and Argentina have played against each other four times before with Argentina winning 3 out of the four games.

A total of 14 goals were scored during these four games with Belgium scoring only four of these goals.

This quarter-final game will take place on July 5 at Estádio Nacional Mané Garrincha in Brasília at 1 pm (local time – UTC/GMT -3).

Bookies are offering 11/4 for a Belgium win, 11/10 for an Argentina win and 12/5 for a draw.
