• Samuel Eto’o is expected to meet with Chelsea today in an effort of closing his transfer deal.

• Juan Mata’s father was seen at Arsenal’s management booth at the qualifiers match against Fenerbahçe SK yesterday, does this mean Chelsea’s midfielder will be crossing the street to Arsenal soon?
• Arsenal has also made an official bid to Real Madrid on Ángel di María. The player, however, announced he wishes to stay in Real Madrid and is willing to fight for his place in the line-up.
• Mesut Özil is rumored to be on his way out from Madrid, and already has 2 offers waiting for him by Manchester United and Arsenal. However, the player also announced today that he is happy in Real Madrid and has full intent of staying with the club until his contract ends at 2016.
