Three Teams in Contention for NBA Finals Victory
Within the NBA today there are three teams which are demonstrating the complete set of skills needed to win; the San Antonio Spurs, the Miami Heat and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
There are three teams in the NBA playing at the level needed to win the NBA Finals.
The Heat are the team currently capturing headlines, they are on a 27 game winning streak and have odds of 11/9 to be overall champions.
With players such as LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh being backed up by an excellent supporting team, the Heat currently look undefeatable.
Next is Oklahoma City Thunder. They certainly have the talent to win the Western Conference crown and can put pressure on the Heat in the NBA Finals (current odds on a Thunder vicotory are 23/5).
Furthermore, the Thunder are a team to keep an eye on in the future, its star players, Kevin Durant, Russel Westbrook and Serge Ibaka are all under the age of 25.
Finally, the San Antonio Spurs, while Manu Ginobili is looking like the shadow of his former self, Kawhi Leonard is playing extremely well. Leonard is beign helped by Tim Duncan and Tony Parker (who could feasibly be MVP runner-up). The Spurs have odds of 38/5 to win the NBA finals.
