Minnesota Vikings vs Green Bay Packers Betting Odds
Next Sunday the Minnesota Vikings take on the Green Bay Packers in the 2013 NFC playoffs. The Vikings are sixth seed while the Packers are third.
As such it is no surprise to see odds of 2/7 on a Packers victory and odds of 3/1 on the Vikings.
The teams met last weekend and it will be their third meeting this season. The Vikings will be led by Adrian Peterson who has run 409 yards against the Packers this season. However, the team is only 1-1 against the Packers.
We can expect the Packers to fill the box with around eight defenders challenging the Vikings Christian Ponder to try and beat them.
Ponder played well against the Packers in Week 17, he threw 234 yards and scored three touchdowns.
The Packers will of course be led by Aaron Rodgers, Rodgers is the reigning NFL MVP and he has completed over 70% of his passes for 651 yards, five touchdowns and only one interception against Minnesota this season.
Rodgers is the Packers main weapon, his experience and skill should easily overcome the Vikings’ defence and should ultimately lead to the Packers winning the game.
