Terrific Odds on Steelers Beating Bengals

The Pittsburgh Steelers will soon be playing the Cincinnati Bengals but will have to do so without Alameda Ta’amu.

The Pittsburgh Steelers will soon be playing the Cincinnati Bengals but will have to do so without Alameda Ta’amu.

Ta’amu has been suspended for two games since he was arrested last weekend following a run in with the police.

The players faces three felony counts, fleeing police, aggravated assault and aggravated assault by vehicle, as well as a number of other charges.

Mike Tomlin, the team’s coach, said that “it was very important that we act and act quickly in addressing this. Obviously it’s a disturbing incident, one we take very seriously.”

However, even without him the Steelers are still favourite to win their next game.

Pinnacle Sports have given them odds of 14/19 to win and the Bengals 16/13.

Pittsburgh has not won yet on the road and they will be missing right tackle Marcus Gilbert because of a tendon issue.

Tomlin is certainly pushing the team hard, he said that ‘”They aren’t (playing great) but I think I’d say that if I was sitting here at 5-0. “

However, the team will have Woodley and Harrison on the field together and that should help things. The two haven’t played together much this season but make an excellent pairing.
