Britain’s Youngest EuroMillions Winner to Sue Lottery Bosses

Britain’s youngest EuroMillions winner is planning on taking legal action against lottery bosses for negligence.
Jane Park, who won £1 million at the age of 17, has said that winning “ruined” her life and that she often thinks things would be better had she never won. Park, now aged 21, is arguing that someone of her age should not have been allowed to win so much money. She says that 18 should be the minimum age for winning the lottery and suggested that the minimum age of 16 is too low.
Camelot has said that it offered Park extensive support when she won the lottery. They said an independent financial and legal panel was set up after her win to help her adjust. The organisation said that it was up to Parliament to decide upon the minimum age to play the lottery.
