Camelot Finally Pays Out on £33M Lottery Jackpot

The mystery surrounding the winner of the £33 million lottery jackpot has finally been solved, well at least partially.
At the end of last week Camelot announced that it had received a valid claim on the jackpot and it wasn’t from the woman who had put her ticket in the wash. However, the ticket holder has chosen to remain anonymous so we will never know who the true winner was.
Camelot will only pay out immediately on validated tickets; this means the ticket cannot have been lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged. Therefore the winner cannot have been Susanna Hinte. Hundreds of people have contacted Camelot claiming to be the true winner and clearly one of them was. Since the announcement the home of Susanne Hinte has been pelted with eggs by an angry father who claimed that she had tried to steal from him in the past.
