Fears Lottery Tickets Ripped Up Following Camelot Blunder

Fears Lottery Tickets Ripped Up Following Camelot Blunder

There are fears that four National Lottery tickets that were worth £1 million each may have been ripped up following a mistake by operator Camelot.

Camelot put the wrong Millionaire Raffle numbers on its website for close to 40 minutes until the mistake was noticed and corrected. It is through that potential winners may have ripped up their tickets thinking that they were worthless after viewing the results on line.

The mistake happened on October 10th when 25 people should have become millionaires but four of them are yet to come forward. Camelot is now working to track down the missing winners who bought their tickets in Leeds, Worcester, Tameside, Greater Manchester and Huntingdonshire. If someone thinks that they were the winner then they can still come forward and Camelot will work to verify their claim.
