South Africa’s Powerball Jackpot Worth Over R18.5 Million on Tuesday

Last Friday’s Powerball draw did not produce any jackpot winners so the prize fund has rolled over once again and is now worth R18,569,981.

On Friday the winning numbers were 9, 13, 25, 28, 34 and the Powerball was 3. There were four players that matched the five regular numbers and they won R232,889 each. A further 35 players matched four of the regular numbers and the Powerball to win R18,689 each. In total there were 133,458 winning players that shared prizes worth a total of R3,973,649.

To win a prize in the Powerball draw players need to match at least one regular number and the Powerball. Without matching the Powerball players need to match three regular numbers to win a prize. Players can win the jackpot by matching all five numbers and the Powerball.
