EuroJackpot Lottery Reaches €43 Million for Friday’s Draw
Last week’s draw produced no winners of the €37 million EuroJackpot which means it has rolled over and is now worth an impressive €43 million.There was just one player that matched 5 numbers and 1 EuroNumber to win €675,905.70 and there were three players that matched 5 numbers and won €58,578.50 each. Overall there were 586,451 players that matched enough numbers to claim prizes of at least €9.30.
Players of the EuroJackpot need to pick five numbers between 1 and 50 and an additional two EuroNumbers between 1 and 8. Prizes are awarded to any player that matches at least 2 regular numbers and one EuroNumber or 3 regular numbers without any EuroNumbers. In total there are 12 different ways of winning prizes.
Tickets for the EuroJackpot can be bought from vendors across Europe or online from the EuroJackpot website. It is possible to buy up to six lines of numbers at a time for each draw and each line of numbers costs €2. Drawings take place once a week on Friday evenings in Helsinki, Finland and each week the EuroJackpot prize is guaranteed to be at least €10 million.
