California SuperLotto Plus has $25 Million to be Won on Wednesday

California’s next SuperLotto Plus draw is fast approaching and a lucky ticket holder could walk away with a jackpot worth $25,000,000.
Last week no one was lucky enough to win the top prize but there were 141,024 winning tickets. The largest payout was $44,709 while 12 people won $1,862. In total $486,795 was won by ticket holders throughout the state.

There are over 20,000 California Lottery retail locations throughout the state where players can buy tickets. There are also various websites where tickets can be purchased. Players need to pick five numbers between 1 and 47 as well as one Mega number between 1 and 27. There is no limit to how many tickets each person can buy and each entry costs just $1.

In order to win a prize you need to match at least three numbers. However, if your Mega number matches then that is enough to win $1, even if none of your five other numbers are drawn.

Furthermore, for every $1 spent on the SuperLotto Plus ticket players receive an entry into the weekly SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance draw. Each week a separate draw takes place to award up to five $15,000 prizes.
