Bookies Take Bet on Who Will ‘Win’ Game of Thrones

The eighth and final series of Game of Thrones is currently being filmed and bookmakers have started taking bets on who will ‘win’ the series.

In other words, they are taking bets on which character will be ruler of the Seven Kingdoms when the hit show finally comes to an end. At William Hill the favourite to rule Westeros is Jon Snow at 9/4. The Mother of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen is second favourite at 4/1 followed closely by Cersei Lannister at 7/1. The bookmakers have placed the Night King at 8/1 while longer shots at 100/1 include Brienne of Tarth, Jaqen H’ghar and Melisandre. The longest shot is Gilly who is at 250/1.

The series is still being filmed and isn’t due to be aired until 2019 so fans have a while to wait. Nonetheless, if you think you know what’s going to happen then this is a great way to make some money.
