Georgia Toffolo Early Favourite to Win I’m a Celebrity
With the new series of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here now underway, bookmakers have been busy taking bets on who will win the latest series.
Georgia Toffolo, the star of Made in Chelsea, is the early favourite to win with her odds quickly dropping from 8/1 to 3/1 after the first episode. According to most bookmakers as much as 21.5% of bets placed have been on her winnings.
However, not far behind is Stanley Johnson, father of politician Boris Johnson, who is at 9/2 at major bookmakers such as Bet365 and William Hill. His odds started at 6/1 and it seems he has become an instant hit with audiences and punters.
Stanley looks set to provide a huge amount of entertainment throughout the series and this is likely to win him a number of fans while Toffolo came across as one of the more down to earth celebrities, which is also likely to have won her a following.
The third favourite with odds of around 5/1 at most bookmakers is Jennie McAlpine, best known for her role in Coronation Street. She will already have a number of fans who follow the soap opera and this could help her along the way.
Jamie Lomas has very similar odds to McAlpine. Another soap opera actor, who has starred in Hollyoaks and Casualty, he too seems to be attracting a fair amount of the betting markets.
There is then quite a jump to Jack Maynard who is at 12/1 together with Shappi Khorsandi. Following them are Dennis Wise and Iain Lee both at 14/1 and then Amir Khan at 16/1. Least popular are Vanessa White, Kezia Dugdale and Rebekah Vardy and 25/1, 50/1 and 50/1 respectively.
