Gregg Wallace Needs Extra Help from Aliona Vilani After Strictly Debut
The professional dancer Robin Windsor has said that the Strictly Come Dancing contestant Gregg Wallace needs his partner Aliona Vilani to “kick his butt” in training.
Windsor, a favourite with fans of the show, is sitting out of this season due to a back injury, but has described Wallace’s debut on the show as a “car crash”. Wallace was clearly nervous during his performance and despite the fact that he was trying hard, the routine was unimpressive.
After his disastrous performance it is no surprise that Wallace is favourite to be the first eliminated from the show with odds of 7/4. Second favourite is Judy Murray, but she is some way behind with odds of 5/1.
However, anyone who thinks that Wallace can turn things around and go on to win the show could make a fortune as odds of 150/1 are available on him winning. Robin Windsor has picked Simon Webbe or Caroline Flack to be the overall winners, neither of which are bookies’ favourites. Webbe has odds of 4/1 while Flack has odds of 5/1. The bookies’ favourite is Frankie Bridge with odds of 3/1.
