Stratford Casino Offers £1 Million for Single Wheel Spin

A casino in Stratford has become the first in the UK to give punters the chance to win £1 million from a single wheel spin. The prize is available in the ‘Spin For a Million’ competition at Aspers Casino and the competition will run for six weeks.

The owner of the casino Damian Aspinall said, “I’m really proud that we’re the first casino business to offer this. It’s a really exciting way of communicating with our customers and creates a real buzz, so I’m delighted we’ve pulled it off. It’s a chance to change someone’s life and show our customers we’re very progressive and able to do fun things that others wouldn’t.”

Aspinall said that if all goes well then the casino will repeat the competition and possibly even offer larger prizes. On June 21 the competition’s 20 finalists will play 10 knockout rounds to decide who wins the guaranteed £25,000 cash prizes and spins for £1 million in cash.

The casino receives an average of 3500 visitors a day, a total of 3.5 million since it opened in December 2011.
