NetPlay to Sponsor Big Brother
NetPlay TV, a live TV gaming operator, has renewed their sponsorship deal of the U.K. reality show Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother.SuperCasino.com, the flagship brand of NetPlay, will be the headline sponsor of Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother.
The shows will air nightly on Channel 5 from June for 14 running weeks.
SuperCasino branding will be touted on all coverage including support programs, online and VOD content.
NetPlay intends to also bolster their marketing with various social media campaigns.
Charles Butler, CEO of NetPlay, commented that the previous sponsorship deal had generated positive returns for the business and he was “delighted” to have renewed this deal. He further stated, “These high profile sponsorships are an effective tool to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.”
NetPlay revealed that their daily net revenue for the start of the second quarter was up 17% on the same period from the previous year. Butler is confident that the sponsorship will raise SuperCasino’s profile and that the positive results will be reflected in the second and third quarter earnings.
Analyst Michael Campbell of Daniel Stewart & Company reiterated NetPlay’s buy rating but he did however reduce his full year forecast of net revenues down £3m from £35m.
Campbell still feels that NetPlay is one of the best valued stocks in the gambling space at present.
