Party Poker to Host Online Poker Championship in New Jersey

Party Poker recently announced their new online poker series which will begin in April in New Jersey. This series, which is known as the New Jersey Online Poker Championship (NJOPC), will include 10 events from the 19th to 27th of next month.

Party Poker is a leading online poker provider in New Jersey and their new online poker series offers a guaranteed $200k Main Event as well as a freeroll event valued at $50k.

If you want to get your hands on a guaranteed $200,000, you better join the Online Poker Championship in April hosted by Party Poker.

Players will be able to access this new online Poker series on Borgata Poker as well as Party Poker NJ. The series will kick off with the $50k freeroll, while the other nine events, which will be no limit hold’em, will have buy ins of $50 to $200.

One of the tournaments in the series will not be a freezeout while the 7th one will be the Players Choice event. That is, this tournament is currently being discussed with Party Poker’s players via their customer support forum who will decide on the buy-in amount and the format of the game which has a $15k guarantee.

It will definitely be worth getting to the Main Event which has a guarantee of $200k of which $50k will be for the winner of this new Online Poker series. The buy-in for this event is $200.

Over the next few weeks, Borgata and Party Poker sites are expected to announce qualifiers and satellites for the series. Meanwhile, according to Pokerfuse, Party Poker is hosting this event in order to see the response and interest from players regarding the format and buy-ins of this latest online poker series.
