Timberlake Drank Beer to Prepare for Online Gambling Film
Online gambling fans will be pleased to hear that singer and actor Justin Timberlake has proved just how much of a perfectionist he really is by drinking copious amounts of beer to prepare for playing the role of college student Richie Furst in the forthcoming online gambling drama film “Runner Runner”.
Justin Timberlake has said that he prepared for his role in the online gambling drama film by drinking beer.
The film is based around the character Furst who gets involved in the world of online poker in order to pay his tuition fees at Princeton University.
However, he gets cheated in the game by Ben Affleck’s character Ivan Block.
Timberlake said, “I just drank a lot of beer, that’s all you really do in college, right? You just drink a lot of beer and run around, flipping around, flipping the bird. It was kind of nice to be on the other side … I’ve never played the kind of guy that was in the eye of the storm things, everything is kind of happening to, versus the instigator.”
“Runner Runner” was directed by Brad Furman and is due to be released on October 4th.
