Jose Serratos Maintains Deepstack Player of the Series Lead
Jose Serratos has maintained his place at the top of the 2013 WSOP Daily Deepstack Player of the Series leaderboard for another week. Serratos has a huge lead with 348 points over his nearest rival Timothy Terrell who has 265 points.
Serratos didn’t actually gain any more points this week, but his lead is so big that no other player has managed to come close. However, there are some new names on the leaderboard; Neil Ryder, Ron Koeneman and Maaik Reiss. Also this week Randall Smith and John Bonadies have fallen four spots each.
Ryder quickly made it to the number three spot thanks to his victory in the $185 tournament on June 12, he followed this two days later coming runner-up to Koeneman in the $235 tournament. Koeneman’s victory in the tournament put him at number five on the leaderboard and his tenth place finish in the $135 tournament gave him further points.
Reiss claimed his place on the leaderboard by winning the $235 tournament on June 13th and finishing 30th in it two days later.
The leader of the Deepstack Player of the Series on June 30th will win a seat into either the 2013 or 2014 WSOP Main Event.
