Lottery Jackpot Winners Roundup

There have been a couple of amazing lottery wins in the last few days in Darien and Kennewick.
A day before leaving for a holiday in Mexico, Richard Huse from Darien won the jackpot playing the “50x the Cash” scratch card which he bought at the Darien Pantry. Huse won $100,000 playing the scratch card.
After his win Huse said, “I rushed to turn in my winning ticket because I didn’t want to leave a $100,000 winner in my house while I was away on vacation. This was the first time I ever tried this ticket. I really couldn’t believe I won.” He said that he plans to use the money to invest and “go on anther vacation!”
Meanwhile a teacher from Kennewick won $250,000 playing Washington’s Mega Millions lottery.
The man hasn’t been identified, but he said that he noticed the jackpot was worth $100 million so used left over money from buying gas to purchase the tickets.
In a press release he said, “Oh my goodness, there’s a lot of zeros in there. My wife and I were in shock!” He celebrated with his wife and daughters by going out to dinner and is planning on using the money to go on holiday to Mexico.
