Trinidad’s Largest Ever Lotto Jackpot Up for Grabs
This Wednesday Trinidad’s largest ever lotto jackpot is up for grabs. Players have the chance to win $20 million after no player matched the winning numbers in last Saturday’s draw.
On Saturday two players managed to match five numbers without the Powerball to win $35,863.27 each. That means that anyone who matches five numbers without the Powerball on Wednesday will win an estimated $10,000.
Sixty-four players matched four numbers and the Powerball to win $826.76 on Saturday while a further 532 players matched four numbers to win $192.29. There was a total of 16,192 players who won free Quick Pick for matching three numbers.
This means that over the next few days there will be hundreds of thousands of people buying lotto tickets with the aim of winning Wednesday’s draw.
Until now the highest ever lotto payout was $16.79 million which was won in October last year. It was won by one player who had purchased at ticket at the NP Duncan Village service station in south Trinidad. He collected the cheque at the National Lotteries Control Board building in Port-of-Spain earlier this year.
