Powerball Jackpot Grows to $222 Million
After no winner was announced on Saturday night, the Powerball jackpot is now up to $222 million for Wednesday’s draw. It is estimated that the cash value of Wednesday’s jackpot is $144.5 million.

The winning numbers from Saturday’s draw were 7, 12, 26, 36 and 40. The Powerball number was 17.
There were three $1 million Match 5 winners on Saturday from tickets sold in California, Maryland and New York.
To play the Powerball costs $2 and players choose five white balls from a set of 59 numbers and one red ball, the Powerball, from a set of 35 numbers. Players can either choose their own numbers of they can purchase a computer generated quick pick.
