Air Stewardess Wins £1 million on EuroMillions
Kelly Caldwell, an Easyjet air stewardess was the lucky winner of a £1 million EuroMillions lottery win on Good Friday.
The 29 year old had an exceptionally fortunate turn over the Easter Weekend securing a £700 bingo win in Runcorn, Ms Caldwell’s home town.
Caldwell decided to celebrate her bingo win by purchasing a double amount of lines for the EuroMillions and the investment certainly paid off.
When Ms Caldwell told her partner that she was the winner of EuroMillions he had a hard time of believing her thinking she was playing him for an April’s fool.
Although Ms Caldwell feels that the £1 million will not be enough to keep her away from work forever, she is certain it will give her the chance to celebrate in style.
Her plans include a luxury birthday celebration in the Egyptian resort of Sharm el Sheikh, a birthday celebration for her three year old daughter Hollie in Euro Disney and a trip to Colorado with her grandparents. Ms Caldwell is also planning to upgrade her and her partner’s car and is hoping to buy a new home.
