Playtech to Broadcast Live Dealers From Madrid Casino
Playtech will be entering the newly regulated Spanish online gambling market thanks to a new deal with Spain’s largest land casino, Casino Gran Madrid.
The deal will see Playtech offer Spanish speaking gamblers the opportunity to play its range of live dealer games.
Recent changes to the Spanish law mean that any live casino games offered to players need to be broadcast from a land casino within Spain.
Because of this the Casino Gran Madrid will be providing Playtech with dedicated space for it to broadcast customised games to Spanish gamblers.
Playtech published a press release which said that “the studio will be complete with roulette tables, top of the line cameras broadcasting in HD quality, native Spanish dealers interacting live with players via real time chat and branded tables for licensees, both private and shared.”
The Head of Live Games at Playtech, Aviv Nankin, said that the company is “pleased to partner with Casino Gran Madrid, as this partnership will further cement the relationship and enable the Spanish market a new Live Gaming market appealing to both existing and new licensees.
With Playtech’s leadership in regulated markets combined with its best of breed products and CGM’s land based expertise, we see a great future for the live gaming industry in Spain”.
