Shaquille O’Neal Launches New Video Game
While the feud between NBA Los Angeles Lakers players Shaquille O’Neal and Kobe Bryant is well known, not many people are aware of O’Neal’s love of video games.
A new Shaquille O’Neal game for Android and iOS launched this week.
Unfortunately for O’Neal in recent times he has not featured in many games but now that has all changed.
This week saw the launch of ShaqDown for iOS and Android devices, a free-runner smash-em-up game which costs just $0.99.
In the game Shaq combats masses of zombies across three stages, each stage culminates in a boss battle with a nastier and tougher opponent to defeat.
The game has been developed by Hiptic Games and features some of the all-star centre’s most famous moves such as the “flaming basketball toss” and “successful free-throw shot”, possible his best known move. It also features fun animations and great sound effects which genuinely add to the fun of playing.
The game can now be downloaded form the Google Play store for any Android device which runs Android version 2.2 or above. Users of iOS 4.3 or higher can find the game in the App store.
