One of the most anticipated games is Bioshock Infinite. One of the game’s best features is its alternate timeline for the early 20th century which features advanced technology.
The game will feature philosophy combined with combat, gunplay and supernatural powers. It is scheduled to be released on March 26th.
An interesting game due to be released is Remember Me. The game is set in 2084 in Paris where privacy is a thing of the past and surveillance is everywhere.
The Game’s protagonist, Nilin, even has the power to change people’s memories. Thanks to this players can influence the present by changing people’s memory of the past which certainly adds something to the more traditional hand-to-hand combat of the games. Remember Me will be released in May next year.
These are just two of many exciting releases scheduled for 2013, showing that video gaming is not yet a thing of the past.
