SugarHouse Casino Receives New Jersey Online Gambling License

The SugarHouse casino in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has become the twentieth casino to receive approval from New Jersey regulators to launch an online gambling service.

The casino is considered one of the main rivals to those in Atlantic City will now offer online gaming to those who are based in New Jersey. The new PlaySugerHouse website will be operated by Rush Street Interactive, an affiliate of Rush Street Gaming, under Golden Nugget Atlantic City’s internet gambling license.

The site is due to offer over 200 games including popular titles such as ‘Super Monopoly Money’, ‘Wheel of Fortune Triple Extreme Spin’ and ‘Quick Hit Platinum’ and there will also be mobile applications available on both Android and iOS. At present online gambling is still illegal in Pennsylvania so the service will not be available in the casino’s home state.
