Another Upcoming IPO for the Online Casinos Industry
The IPO trend is still strong within the online casino industry, and now it seems that the UK-based Probability Games – will probably issue its IPO later this year. The online casino operator’s CEO, Charles Cohen, was quoted last week during an interview with EGR saying that Probability Games is looking into the London Exchange Market for their upcoming IPO. Cohen also said that he appointed brokers Evolution to assist with the IPO of his GBP 30 million valued online casino group.
The online casino groups aims for a September debut at the London Exchange Market and hopes to raise additional GBP 10 million before September. The funds will be used for further expansion and to promote the online casino group’s payment-processing business, Cashish. “I cannot say exactly when we will float, but definitely this year,” said Cohen. “There has been lots of interest. A lot of interest remains in gaming and mobile applications generally.” Probability Games has been developing services for the online casino industry for some time now, and it is very respected in the gambling community.
Cohen also said that Graham Parr has joined the online casino group’s team as Chairman of the Board. The company is rearranging in light of future changes. The online casino industry is constantly changing and the companies are trying to adopt accordingly. Probability Games won its first online casino mobile gaming license from Alderney, and reports of more than 10,000 customers using its products each month. Things are looking good for this online casino corporation.
