The new online casino bill was attached to a security act that had to be passed, and therefore got approved. People does not see that anti online casino policy is Goodlatte’s and Kyl’s main agenda, and therefore voted for them out of different reasons. Nonetheless, with Leach out of the picture, new winds might blow in the Senate, and maybe a new investigation into the matter can take place.
