Online Casino Poker Site Launches APAT Tournament Series

A leading online casino poker site and Poker Player Magazine, along with the Amateur Poker Association and Tour, has recently announced the launch of the APAT Online Series. This event is a series of 30 international tournaments hosted exclusively by the online casino poker site. The inaugural APAT Online Series event will be the English Amateur Poker Open, to be held on August 19th, 2006. Online casinos poker fans everywhere can follow these events and learn a trick or two from the competitors.

Tournaments, including the Australian, European and North American Amateur Poker Opens, will be played every second Saturday throughout Season One. APAT Online Series online casino tournaments are open to APAT members of every nationality. Each event will see online casino players beginning with 5,000 chips. These deep stack tournaments will have US 20 plus US 2 dollar buy-ins. The season will culminate with the five day ‘World Series of Amateur Poker’, which will include poker games of Omaha, H.O.R.S.E., Razz and Stud events in addition to a No Limit Hold ‘Em Championship finale.

Online casino players placing in the top nine places of each APAT Online Series event will earn tournament ranking points, with the overall highest point winner from APAT Live and Online Series events winning an online casino Caribbean Adventure World Poker Tour entry package, as well as the prestigious title of APAT Player of the Year.
