888 Holdings wins major casino award

888 Holdings, an operator of online casinos which in the past couple of months went public on the London Stock Exchange, is no stranger to winning awards for its online gambling services, and with this year’s inaugural eGaming Awards was proven once again to be among the most critically popular online casino businesses operating today. 888 Holdings was voted Best Casino Operator of the Year for its “unparalleled reach and marketing effort in the online casinos sphere”, in addition to its “complete control of the gambling value chain”. The eGaming Awards was a glitzy event, black tie, which took place in London and was attended by over 500 guests from throughout the world of online gambling.

888 Holdings was one of the major online casino company players that elected to go public following the drop in share prices for Party Gaming following a less-than-rosy economic forecast for that online casino company earlier this year. When 888 went public on the London Stock Exchange, it did moderately well but not nearly as well as analysts for the company had previously hoped. Still, the awards won by 888 Holdings for being a premier online casino company show that when the company sticks to what it knows, it does fairly well in offering both quality of service and quantity of online casino games and options.
