Microgaming and Cryptologic Still Going Strong
Two of the old software providers to the casino industry, Cryptologic and Microgaming, are still expanding and have recently signed deals with leading operators.
Betsson Malta Ltd. has just signed a two year agreement with Cryptologic for their software. Betsson is a European online gaming operator which is based in Stockholm and has more than 400,000 customers. Betsson will now be able to offer over 100 of Cryptologic’s most popular casino games including slots and table games.
Cryptologic will be offering the games through the Cryptologic Instant Click platform. The platform allows quick integration of Cryptologic titles to the operator’s software platform. The first sight to go live with Cryptologic’s games was Betsafe.com with Betsson’s other sites expected to start offering them in the second half of this year.
Ian Price, the Vice President of Operations at Cryptologic, has said that the deal “further validates the quality of our games and their popularity amongst our licensees’ customers.” The head of Games of Chances at Betsson, Rudi Thomassen, also said that he was delighted with the deal saying that it will help Betsson to “deliver the very best online gaming content.”
As mentioned, Microgaming has also signed a deal, theirs is with Redbet Gaming Ltd. Thanks to the new agreement Redbet’s customers will now be able to enjoy a range of Microgaming titles such as the flagship video slots Thunderstruck II and Immortal Romance. The Chief Operations Officer of Redbet Gaming, Alexis Wicen, said that Microgaming offers some of the best online slots making them a natural choice. He went on to say that “the integration process was very smooth thanks to great help from the integration team.”
Microgaming’s spokesperson said that they are pleased with the new partnership and happy that Redbet found the new games a natural fit for their business.
