Ladbroke offers new iPhones with launch of new app
The UK sports betting firm Ladbrokes has announced that it is venturing further into the mobile gambling industry with the launch of their new iPhone sports betting application.
One of Ladbrokes most popular services, their AtTheRaces live streaming horseracing coverage is now going to be available to users of mobile phones as well as on the company’s website. The group has said that whilst they are initially launching on the iPhone it won’t be long before an Android application is available.
If customers want to watch live British and Irish horse races on their mobile phones, all they need to do is bet £1 on a race and it will be streamed direct to their mobiles. The application can be downloaded via the iTunes store or by sending a text to 86131.
Richard Ames, the Managing Director for Ladbrokes, said that “Mobile betting is growing rapidly and Ladbrokes customers have a leading range of services. We continue to develop it and aim to make it the first choice for mobile betting and gaming customers.”
If you don’t have an iPhone then don’t worry, Ladbrokes Bingo is currently giving everyone a chance to win an iPhone 4S. If you’re not a bingo player then it doesn’t matter as the competition does not require you to play even one bingo ticket.
In order to enter the competition all you have to do is like the Ladbrokes Bingo page on Facebook before the 5th January. Another advantage to liking the page is that you will receive updates on all the latest promotions, site developments, meet other Ladbrokes players and also get special bonus codes to be used on their websites.
In other new Ladbrokes has also announced that they will be sponsoring the Durban Gold Cup in South Africa. The 3,200m horse race will be taking place next July and Ladbrokes has signed a three year deal with organisers Gold Circle.
