Anti Online Casino Legislation Will Hurt Other Industries

Published on August 8, 2006 by admin   ·   No Comments

Elements aiming at banning online casino sites realized that by hurting the financial basis of online casino operators they would be able to stop online gambling. Currently, there is a serious anti online casino bill heading for Congress and the online gambling industry is not the only one worried. The Independent Community Bankers of America has called Congress to rethink anti online casino rulings, as such rulings will have a direct impact over the economy.

Online casino operators have long been arguing that online gambling is a well-needed industry that contributes greatly to other segments of the market. Hurting the business of online casino sites will impact on other parts of the economy, and legislators should keep that in mind before parading against online casino sites. The new anti online gambling bill addresses the issue of bankers and state that such parties must contribute in halting online gambling businesses. Bankers will have to report any financial use that might be attribute to online gambling, and they will not be able to process such financial actions.

If such rulings pass Congress and banker will have to stop working with online casino operators, then their businesses will be severely damaged to the point of near bankruptcy. There are other industries that will be affected by the banning of online casino gambling such as the online industry, the gaming industry, the software industry as well as the computer industry. All of which are directly involved in the business of online casino sites and will suffer financially if anti online gambling legislation will take place.
