Jesse Rockowitz, the American professional poker play has won the 2012 iPops Main Event and took home $100,000. This year the Main Event was held in Barcelona and was a continuation of the $500,000 guaranteed iPops Event #5 which began at the beginning of last month.
When the online tournament was reduced to 27 players, the play was stopped and players were flown to Barcelona to the Grand Casino for a live final. Nine of the finalists were William Hill professional players however, only two remained at the final table, Jesse Rockowitz and Willem Müller-Hofstede. Rockowitz was easily the most prominent player left with a WSOP Bracelet and over $1 million in live tournament winnings to his name.
