Anti online casino laws in American are not as clear as many people believe. Well, it's clear that the law makes it very difficult for gambling firms to operate in the United States, but it's not clear why some brands of gambling are allowed. Take horseracing for example. Crave-outs in the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act make it possible to offer horseracing betting via the internet. Gambling fans residing in New York would be happy to learn that a Los Angeles-based digital cable network decided to take advantage of the situation and now offers a full-on internet wagering platform for horseracing.

Horseracing is not alone. State lottery and fantasy sports also enjoy the same privileges that American politics handout for horseracing betting. Casino games were the people's minds when the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act was conceived. Anyhow, that's an old story. The good news is that New York gamblers can enjoy online casino sports gambling, at least to some extent. Such platforms are a good example for the way gambling should be offer to people - via the internet. The gambling platform brings state-of-the-art technology and it will cater for many eager gamblers. The fact that those gamblers will wager on horseracing doesn't mean that they couldn't, in the future, wager on other stuff as well. The model will show that gambling isn't bad as some people would have you thinking.

When you think about it, online gambling, be it sports betting or playing casino games, is about comfort and ease-of-use. The internet clearly didn't invent gambling. The internet invented the easy way of doing things. The people of the United States know gambling and some State even allow it by law. There's no real reason why the government should ban people from using a platform that only makes their lives easier.
