. Both the Senate and the House of Representatives are now under Democrats control, and one of the most influential republicans that aggressively promoted the new anti online casino act is now going home. Jim Leach was voted out by Iowa voters, and the original three that are responsible for the new restrictions over online casino activity are no longer together.

The people behind the United States' so-called prohibition over online casino gambling are Jim Leach, Bob Goodlatte, and Jon Kyl. Leach is the only one that lost his place in politics, as the other two got reallocated and will serve another term. The public does not seem to take the new online casino bill when voting, as surveys show that the American public is not content with the new online casino bill, and still - the people responsible for it are still serving.

The new online casino bill was attached to a security act that had to be passed, and therefore got approved. People does not see that anti online casino policy is Goodlatte's and Kyl's main agenda, and therefore voted for them out of different reasons. Nonetheless, with Leach out of the picture, new winds might blow in the Senate, and maybe a new investigation into the matter can take place. After all, regulating the online casino industry is something that was not looked at in America.
