It seems the main issue in the world of online casinos has to do with the recent passing of the UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) by President George W. It is going to be a challenge, and the group, in the end, might stand alone on this issue. However, so far it shows no signs of giving up this fan base.
Although the bill has passed into law, with a new Congress in power soon, this law may become history, allowing online casino groups to once again cater to the American public. However, it is not certain that this will happen in the US.
