Just as we said last time, the online casino world is not like any other business. As Alice in Wonderland would say, it's getting "curiouser and curiouser" from day to day. And the entertainment bets are, as always, the leaders of the "insane" online casino bets.
The same well-known online casino and sportsbooks site that we told you about last time, that was asking you to bet on who is "Being Most Out of Touch with Reality", is offering yet another online casino entertainment bet. And what is it this time? This time, of course, it's even better: the question is "Who will win the 2006 World Stupidity Award for "Stupidest Movie of the Year?" Two of the possible winners are the famous Dan Brown's book adaptation "The Da Vinci Code" and "Hostel", the Suspense/Horror film about two American backpackers and their not-so-well-ending trip to Europe.
What can we say? Both movies are pretty terrible and each of them deserves to gain the dodgy entertainment award. In both of them it is quite obvious what will happen next, even though these films are supposed to keep the audience in suspense and even though Quentin Tarantino is one of Hostel's producers. So after long hours of comparing and thinking, and comparing again, we have decided that they should both win! Now we can't wait and see whether the casino fans think the same about this entertainment bet! |
